To help ensure that the mortgage loan
process works as quickly for you as it can, please be
sure to bring each of the items listed below when you
apply.
For all fixed-rate mortgages, we will need:
- Last 2 pay stubs covering last 30 days.
- Last 2 months statements from all credit unions,
banks, and investments held.
- Last 2 years W-2’s.
- To lock in a fixed-rate, we will need $300 as a
deposit. This will be deducted from your final closing
costs.
For Purchases, we also need the following:
- Copy of your accepted offer to purchase including
all addendums and real estate condition report.
- Copy of the MLS sheet (the picture and description
of the home.)
- Name of your real estate agent and their contact
information.
- Seller’s name, phone number and real estate
agent information if applicable.
If you are self-employed, we will also
need:
Sole Proprietorship:
- Copies of personal tax returns (Form 1040) with
all schedules (total tax return) including Schedule
C and W-2s for most recent two years. Re-sign all
forms where signatures were required using current
date.
- Copies of signed business balance sheet and year-to-date
profit and loss statement for current year.
Corporation or Partnership:
- Copies of personal tax returns (Form 1040) with
all schedules (total tax return) for most recent
two years. Re-sign all forms where signatures were
required using current date.
- Copies of business tax returns including all schedules
(total tax return) for most recent two years. Re-sign
all forms where signatures were required using current
date.
- Copies of year-to-date profit and loss statement
for current year.
- Corporation-Need copies of W-2s.
- Partnership-Need copies of Schedule K
Commission Income Earnings:
- Copies of personal tax returns (Form 1040) with
all schedules (total tax return) including W-2s
for most recent two years. Resign Form 1040 using
current date.
